These are clearly not democratic elections. What are democratic elections? So, what we have been having since 2003 in Nigeria has been anything but democratic elections. These should be but they are not issues in elections in Nigeria, our Nigeria! But when a newspaper could devote a full front-page editorial to insult a former president Olusegun Obasanjo for criticising a government in an election year, then good journalism doesn’t matter anymore.
